It will seek its own level and produce a smooth, flat, hard, concrete gray surface. It has an open flow time of 15-20 minutes at 75°F. |
| Uses: | SureFlow 040 is recommended for leveling and smoothing damaged, spalled or otherwise rough or uneven surfaces. To be used prior to covering them with resilient, ceramic, carpeting, wooden or other flooring.
It can significantly reduce costly construction delays, as well as eliminate expensive man hours. When left exposed it provides a wearing surface suitable for foot traffic. It can be used over precast floor slabs and where exacting tolerances are needed for installations of precision equipment.
