Description:	High solids, polyvinyl acetate bonding compound. Can be topped any time within 30 days after application. Re-emulsifiable. Meets: MIL B-19235 ASTM C-631 ASTM C-1059, Type I
Uses:	To bond concrete toppings to existing slabs. Bonding, patching compound for plaster and other sound surfaces such as brick, concrete masonry, wood, and masonite.
