WATER-BASED, NON-YELLOWING, LOW-GLOSS CURING COMPOUND & PENETRATING SEALER
SilaneSeal Emulsion is a two-in-one product that functions as both a water-based, non-yellowing curing compound and a penetrating sealer. The unique blending of both acrylic resins and siloxanes provides more than just a curing membrane, but also penetrates deep into the concrete to create a more chemically resistant surface. SilaneSeal Emulsion is cold-weather optimized to dry correctly even in temperatures as low as 40° Fahrenheit and to be freeze-thaw stable.
